RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day return policy on most items for exchange, excluding gifted items free of charge, and sale items. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchange on hair accessories or earrings unless the item is faulty.
Returns will only be considered if your jewellery is purchased from www.gypseaandsun.com We do not offer returns for items purchased from our stockists or markets.
Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international orders are not covered unless the item is faulty.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@gypseaandsun.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY
Our pieces are crafted from durable, ocean-safe materials. However, like all jewellery, a little care goes a long way.
After wearing your jewellery in the ocean, rinse with fresh water and pat dry.
Although our jewellery is ocean-safe, swimming with your jewellery in chlorine pools is not recommended as the harsh chemicals can strip the metal.
We recommend removing your 18k gold plated jewellery prior to showering to avoid contact with harsh soaps, shampoos and conditioners which can accelerate fading. Avoid contact with moisturisers, detergents, soaps, perfumes and make-up as this can damage the metals.
As delicate jewellery can break, we recommend removing your jewellery before vigorous activities, exercise or sleeping.
Store your jewellery in the pouch and jewellery box provided in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

CARING FOR YOUR BANDANA
Your bandana is 100% cotton and handmade with intention. With simple care, it will stay soft and long-lasting.
Handwash your bandana only with similar colours and use a gentle detergant. Line dry in the shade. Do not machine wash or tumble dry to avoid shrinkage. Do not bleach. Warm iron if needed. Cotton may soften over time - this is normal.
