Yes! We provide free standard free shipping on all orders over $79, within Australia.

We offer a 14 day return policy on most items for exchange, excluding gifted items free of charge, and sale items. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchange on hair accessories or earrings unless the item is faulty. 

Most of our jewellery is made from stainless steel with 18k gold-plating. We use stainless steel because it is highly resistant to tarnishing, rust and water damage. This is what makes it ideal for everyday wear.

Yes! Our jewellery is completely ocean-safe and water-proof - it will not tarnish or turn your skin green! We recommend rinsing it in fresh water after exposure to help maintain shine. You can read more care instructions in our Refund and Exchanges policy.

Yes! All our jewellery is nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin.

All our rings follow standard international ring sizing - you can find the measurements of each ring in the product description to help you find the best fit. If you are between sizes, we reccomend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
